My name is Diego

I am an international magician and mentalist. I perform stage shows and private parties, and I design bespoke corporate events. My work is backed by over 20 years of stage experience. Thanks to this background, I have collaborated with top brands and renowned performers, and served as a brand ambassador for Pole Watches.

I have worked as a consultant and magician for film director Fernando Franco on his latest movie, as well as for conductor and composer Miquel Ortega—filming a duo show with the latter while touring Spain.

My client list includes the Madrid City Council, Hendrick’s Gin, Coloplast, GlaxoSmithKline, FCC Group, Fever, Sanitas, Santa Lucía Insurance, and Pfizer, among other multinational companies. I have also been featured in media outlets such as Telemadrid and the *ABC* newspaper.

My work has taken me across the globe, allowing me to perform in various European countries and tour Latin America; I have four stage productions to my credit, which have been presented at some of Madrid’s finest theaters. My live show chronology includes: RARAVILLAS (2015–2017), CABARET DU NÉANT (2018), CARTOMAGIA EN LA CRIPTA (2019–2024), and RARAVILLA2 (2025). I have also provided technical editing for specialized books for magicians—such as Giancarlo Scalia’s Punto Cero. 1 (2019) and Paco Agrado’s El último Domingo de marzo (2021)—and authored articles for magic societies in several countries. Furthermore, I have contributed to Imposibles Improbables, the first magic podcast designed for a general audience rather than magicians.

Additionally, I organized, directed, and hosted GALA SIN TARIMA, a series of galas featuring top national and international magicians performing original, never-before-seen routines.

I have been a member of the Spanish Society of Illusionism since 2006 and the Spanish Academy of Historical Fencing since 2012. Regarding my educational background, I hold a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Education. I have also trained in workshops covering dramatic arts, clowning, storytelling, and improvisation.

I enjoy interacting with audiences, establishing a bond built on trust and a sense of security. The knowledge and techniques I have acquired over the years—spanning lateral thinking, magic, psychology, and suggestion—have led me to conduct courses and give talks on subjects crucial to the corporate world.

I am passionate about the art of illusion, which has driven me to delve deeply into specialties such as card magic, coin magic, and mentalism. However, I also draw inspiration from other disciplines—including ventriloquism, balloon modeling, pickpocketing, painting, and comedy—to infuse my performances with strong visual and emotional appeal.

Finally, I have traveled to numerous magic conventions and festivals across Spain. Notable venues where I have performed include the Palacio de Linares (Casa de América at Madrid’s Plaza Cibeles), the Madrid Conference Centre (Palacio de Congresos), the Palacio de Santa Bárbara, the Palacio de la Prensa on Gran Vía, the Royal Tapestry Factory (Real Fábrica de Tapices), and the Barceló Sants hotel.
